I'm San, The UK Parent Coach™ Qualified Parenting Consultant Specialising in Child Behaviour

It all started 26 years ago…

I've been passionate about child behaviour since I was a teenager on work experience at a busy nursery. I saw a little boy struggling; throwing toys, refusing to eat and chasing other children. The only response I was seeing was to label him "naughty".

Today, we know that all behaviour is communication. Children want to do well, they just don't always know how. That's where I come in.

I’m a Qualified Parenting Consultant specialising in child behaviour, and I help parents transform their child’s behaviour, reduce daily stress and rebuild connection at home. Whether your child is anxious, highly sensitive, neurodivergent, or simply going through a tough time, I offer practical, proven strategies tailored to your child’s needs.

I’m IFS (Internal Family Systems) informed, often sharing life-changing tools on podcasts, radio and live events, and available to run workshops for schools, communities and networks.

In my parenting consultancy, I work one-to-one with parents to help them understand their child’s behaviour and respond with confidence, so they can enjoy calmer days and closer relationships.

I'm also a mum of three, so I understand the real-life challenges of parenting.

Born in Bradford, West Yorkshire and now based in Hertfordshire, I know that when your child is struggling, it can feel overwhelming. But with the right support, things can change quickly.

If you’re ready to see a positive shift in your child’s behaviour, and your family life, let’s get started.

"San has made such an impact in such a short space of time and I really can't thank her enough."

San is amazing, she makes you feel comfortable, welcome, she’s friendly, she’s relatable, she’s a mum, which makes a big difference. I can’t recommend her enough.
